I’m thrilled to introduce you to my latest EP, Summer Madness. This project has been a labor of love, and today, I want to take you behind the scenes of its creation.Summer Madness was born out of a desire to capture the carefree, feel-good vibes of summer. The goal was to create music that you can groove to, whether you’re chilling by the pool or hitting the dance floor. Each track on the EP is designed to uplift and energize, bringing the warmth of summer to your ears no matter the season.The creative process for Summer Madness was both intense and rewarding. Collaborating with talented artists like Base-P, SwizBlade, Biz-E-B, D2, Rayo Dinámico, and Erik A. made this project truly special. Each of them brought their own flavor to the table, contributing to the rich, diverse sound that defines the EP.Recording took place in Olomouc, Czech Republic, where we utilized both traditional and modern techniques to capture the perfect sound. One of the highlights of the process was an impromptu jam session that led to the creation of "Groovin’," one of the standout tracks on the EP. This spontaneous moment perfectly captured the essence of what Summer Madness is all about—fun, freedom, and the joy of making music.I can’t wait for you to dive into Summer Madness. I’m Dizz-E, and today, I want to share the story of my journey—how I went from the streets of Manchester, England, to establishing myself as an artist in Olomouc, Czech Republic.Growing up in Manchester, I was exposed to a wide array of music, but the hip-hop scene was still in its infancy. Despite that, I found myself drawn to the beats and rhythms of American hip-hop. Legends like Nas, Queen Latifah, and Dr. Dre became my early influences, shaping the way I approached music. The raw energy and storytelling in their lyrics resonated deeply with me.After moving to New York later in life, I immersed myself in the rich and diverse landscape of American hip-hop. The energy of the city, combined with the influence of artists like Gang Starr and Snoop Dogg, further refined my style. My time in LA also played a significant role, where the West Coast vibe influenced my sound, bringing in elements from artists like Ice Cube and Too $hort.Eventually, my journey led me to Olomouc, a beautiful city in the heart of the Czech Republic. Here, I found a new source of inspiration and began to develop my unique sound—an eclectic mix of my British roots and American hip-hop influences.This journey has been about more than just changing locations; it’s been about evolving as an artist and as a person. I’ve grown through every experience, and I’m excited to share this ongoing journey with you.Thank you for being part of this ride.
